  We just had my daughter's sweet 16 and our experience was not very favorable. Most guests got lost and turned around went back home coz the place was so dark. It wasn't well lit at all. Super dark at night and you had to maneuver driving in a small alley. We couldn't communicate with our lost guests coz the cellphone has no service, the guest wifi works very limited. We wanted to dim the lights during the dancing later during the night but we couldn't control the lighting. My son wanted to watch tv and it wasn't working. I complained to the staff and emailed them after this happened and nothing. No response at all. I'm so disappointed. My daughter cried since she had barely any guests. This was supposed to be a wonderful sweet 16 for her. Instead it was all a major disappointment.
